So excited!!

My sewing machine has arrived!! I love the colour!! Can't wait to use it!! Also CK finally sent me some samples.
I have really got into this 'Colour' thing. Here i am in my new necklace and flower to brighten up my coat. As you can see, i haven't got round to dying my hair yet, but this weekend i will become a brunette!! eeekkk very scary!!
I will leave you with this lovely little poem that i found:
A MOTHER'S WISH
I hope my children look back on today
And see a mother who had time to play
There'll be years ahead for cleaning and cooking
But children grow tall whilst we're not looking
So settle down cobwebs. Dust go to sleep
I'm cuddling my children
Coz children don't keep.
xx

Woo Hoo for the sewing machine! Glad you found one! What will you be making first? The problem is I want to make stuff but hate cutting my fabric up as I don't have much! Love your necklace and corsage, good luck with the hair, mine is darker at the moment (well darker than in my photo) and I want to go blonder! Always get nervous before doing it though xx

Lovely post! Your red sewing machine is wonderful & I love the big flower on your coat. Love the little poem ~ my children are 24 & 19 and I ALWAYS chose cuddling over cobwebs :-) they grow up too quickly as it is!

Love the flower, and bet you're looking forward to getting your hair coloured, it's nice to ring the changes now and again.
Love that poem, it's so true, there will always be dust and cobwebs!
