...to wish you a lovely Jubilee weekend. xx
I thought i'd share a few photos with you while i'm here.
Are these not the cutest chocolates ever?
I have never really sat in this corner until this week. Its a pretty peaceful spot to have a cuppa:
I have finally bought a wooden chest from my local antiques store. I have wanted one for ages. The boys and i have been playing solitaire after school:
I have been getting in the Jubilee spirit by putting balloons, wreaths and handmade bunting up (Will show you next week) and then realised that our house is quite patriotic anyway!! Here are a couple of my faves:
The house is full of flowers at the moment. My first ever hydrangea - think this will have to be planted in the garden:
And we have been eating ice cream all week!!
yum!! The boys have enjoyed getting the cupcake sprinkles out for theirs:
xx
Todays lovely things:
1) Halloumi salad for dinner.
2) A bath, run, and waiting for me to get in, once the boys have been put to bed.
3) Hand stamping fabric, ready for some making next week.

lovely photos, like the union flag style homely things- its lovely that this jubilee brings communities together too. makes me proud to be british and have loved watching all the history progs on the tv about the royals. makes me think of my nanny and gramps lots, they would love all the this.
have a lovely time xx
Have a great weekend,
Victoria xx
Its lovely seeing the pretty bunting and paperchains in peoples windows and house fronts. Made our chains last night, put the plastic bunting out...........but it has rained and it is all stuck together! :(
I love the look so much that I have been thinking about having a red, white and blue hallway as it is quite plain at the moment..........cant decide between that or seaside!! I am terrible at decisions. But last night I was looking at union jack bits on ebay and admired that Happy Days sign!
Enjoy!
