Notebook Monday - a foodie special

Here are some foodie treats from my notebooks

- New potato and vegetable pesto skewers - put on the grill or barbie

- Boursin, tomato and lettuce panini

- Pasta with cooked asparagus, red onion, peas, creme fraiche, basil and a dash of lemon juice

- Stuff red peppers with halved cherry tomatoes, feta, garlic, basil, balsamic vinegar and fresh breadcrumbs - cook

- Mix sundried tomato paste with creme fraiche for a yummy dip

- Roll out some puff pastry, make a 1cm border and fill with peppers, tomato and gorgonzola cheese - cook for 20 mins

Healing foods

-If you have a long day ahead eat bananas and yoghurt for breakfast

-If your feeling under the weather eat some peanut butter and bananas on toast

-Hangover?  Eat some mushrooms on toast
