The delicious Miss Dahl

I have become completely obsessed with Sophie Dahl.
I have to admit i was never a fan of her, only seeing her in pictures pouting away, i found her rather irritatingly beautiful and couldn't work out if i would like her or not.
But since seeing her cooking programme i am completely in love with her. She is adorable.

I now want to make her recipes and buy her book.

I hope she'll make another series and bring out a new book.

I think my son has developed a crush on her, he asked me this morning if she is married and who to...

I enjoyed the first episode even though I hate fish (the contents of 2 of her 4 recipes!). Everyone seems to either love her or hate and I can't quite work out what the problem is.

Like I say I'm not necessarily a fan of her food and when I borrowed her book from the library it wasn't really my thing (not enough meat for a carnivore like me!) but the programme is great fun - I have it on series link and still need to watch last nights episode.

I haven't seen her TV series yet or seen her book. This a surprise to me really as I love cookery programmes and cookery books.
I have heard a lot of mixed things about her. I am must try and see one of her cookery programmes I am intrigued!

Warm wishes

I got the book out of the library a while back and enjoyed 'reading' it.
Made the bread, didn't turn out well. My fault I'm sure and not the recipe!

I haven't seen this one yet but lasts weeks episode I watched with erm I cannot really describe it, I had so many issues with it like why is she talking to someone off camera?, why does she keep reading bits out of books? if I need a nose job can I pick hers - ohh sorry that wasn't to do with the show, anyway I find her a bit annoying but fasinating at the same time, it's like she is playing at being a cook rather than actually being one.

hehe Lissy I watched it the other night out of curiosity and I dont think I liked it. I felt like she was trying too hard to be very Nigella-ish. Lots of words like bliss and pure indulgence! To me it was a little over-done!
But thats just my opinion. She's slightly annoying in the same way I find Kirsty Allsop annoying!
Maybe I am just hard to please! :p

Gee I wonder if I ever come close to looking as stylish in a kitchen as she does in that last photo? What a dress!
