We took a visit to the Innocent 5 for 5 cafe in London.

A restaurant set up for 1 week was the brainchild of the people behind Innocent drinks, offering a changing menu of starters, mains and puds that provided the recommended five-a-day portions of fruit and veg. For five pounds, you got to choose two courses from the menu, which had been devised by chef Gizzi Erskine.

You can make the recipes by clicking here.

Everyone who came left their mark:

Children got a goodie bag with smoothies and treats. They got to make their own badges too.

Before heading home we stopped off at Discover in Stratford:

There was a Lauren child exhibition:

We took a trip to our local rare breeds farm with my niece and nephew this weekend:

The lovely ruins of Hadleigh castle:

What have you been up to?

What a lovely post. You always do such interesting things.

And I think you unknowingly just posted a wonderful window view...what are those on Hadleigh Castle. It s any window view inside outside, your house, shed school, favourite shop, journey...

This photo is brilliant...would you like to share it

Sorry I am not really illiterate by not using question marks but have just invested in a Swedish keyboard as they have 3 extra vowels in the alphabet and I cant figure out how to work the punctuation on this blooming thing HELP

Anyways no pressure, join in if you like to. Or wait until NEXT YEAR!
