Not quite right

I was going to write a different blog tonight, but something has stopped me.

I feel........strange........Do you know what i mean by that?? Theres just something not quite right. I don't feel sad, but i don't feel happy....i guess i just feel like i want to be quiet?
Last week i had some good news....Some of you will know (from previous posts) that i have a pacemaker for a congenital heart condition. After my youngest was born i suffered more damage to my heart.....infact the whole of last year was awful for me. But i recieved a letter from my cardiologist last week saying that the damage that had been caused is now all fine as the pacemaker and time has made it heal. I wish i had found this out earlier (i was ment to ring up a week after my last ehocardigram to find out the results, but i was so scared it was going to be bad news that i didn't)It took me 6 weeks of worry before i found out. The problem is, that i don't have much faith in doctors - they have got so many things wrong in the past - that i can't help but think, have they got this wrong. I still feel like i'm coming to terms with having a pacemaker for the rest of my life and I am trying desperately to believe them, that this is now ok.

Then last night i came home to find my car had been keyed the whole length!! Why are people so cruel?? It's going to cost us a fortune to fix.

I wish i could share some more things with you on here, but it's abit to 'public' for my liking.

I'll do a happy post tommorrow - after all, that is why i set up my blog in the first place

Hugs to you all xx LissyLou xx

I am sorry you have had such a time of it! Take time to be quiet, it is the best possible thing to do. Just to stop and listen to one sound, your breathing, the breeze, the clock. Good for the soul! I love your comments on my blog! x

Sorry to hear about your car how sad, people can be so unkind.

We're all allowed some quiet time and then you can bounce back with a smile on your face ready to tackle the world.

I know what you mean by not having too much faith in Doctors but I think there's times that you have to and this is one of them. Try and see the positive and take some time to bounce back.
We're not here just to read your happy posts, if you feel the need to get things off your chest, well, you know what they say about being easier to talk to strangers.
Thinking of you and sending lots of love and virtual hugs your way

You poor thing. I know exactly how you feel, you have a sh*t time and then someone goes and does something mindless and well, utterly pointless like vandalises your car (I've had mine keyed, wing stabbed with a knife and the roof stamped on!)! Life just feels a bit blurrrggg sometimes. Listen up chook, it can only get better from here! Get yourself out in the sunshine that should make you feel better.

sorry to hear you are feeling blurgh xxxx
my car was keyed the whole length, the first in a spate of petty - parents not knowing where their teenagers are- vandalism acts on our cars.....made me feel angry.
Its very frustrating feeling down and 'not right' without a reason...but perhaps we should just go with it and knbow it will soon pass.
(ps I promise there will be something in the post for you very soon!! :) )

You will be feeling yourself in no time! You've had some tough times and I'm sure it's only natural to feel like you are. Take the time you need. So sorry about your car. That really bites!

Hello sweetie.....

Life is sometimes a trial....I have no idea why sometimes it chooses to cluster sad and scary stuff together....
In a weird way it did me good to to pour out what I needed to say on here....
Sometimes its best to just take each day as it comes and see how that goes....
I'm thinking about you....take care...

By the sound of it you've had a lot to worry about for the past 6 weeks or so, it's no wonder that you feel down. Perhaps it will take a while for the news to sink in properly. Of course it doesn't help when mindless vandals do that to your car! Hope things pick up soon.

Take all the rest you need, and focus on the good things around you. You're a lovely person, with a lovely little family, don't let those mindless morons get you down!
Two teenage girls of 15 & 12, broke into my house about 3 years ago (supposed friends of ny daughter's at the time!!) Nothing much was taken, but they keyed my car all round with my kitchen door key, they'd stolen, and scratched obscenities on the bonnet, and back of the car. The same year I'd had my living room window smashed too. I was devastated, & seriously felt like moving!! In the end I didn't, as these vandals came from the town, it wasn't locals. Touch wood, everything is OK now, and it will be for you, hun : )
Lots of ((hugs))
