My name is LissyLou and i am a magazineaholic!!

I told you i was obsessed with magazines, I find it very hard to go to the supermarket and not come out without one, or two or even more!! Today i have bought Marie Claire (the free tub of moisturiser was talking to me) and Prima. I get about 4 mags through the door each month and have asked for mag subscriptions for my birthday next week. Pretty things to make.
This looks yummy.
I want this clever frame.
I have also had a recent obsession with necklaces. There seem to be such pretty ones around at the moment.
Isn't this one beautiful? Can you believe it was only £10 in Sainsbury's
And this braclet just had to be bought too ; )
I got this cute little card in there for 25p, bargain!!
Have a good weekend, i'm off to get things organised for the christening on Sunday.
xx

As well as my button obsession I am also a magazinaholic. Especially if there are giveaways with them :) I haven't bought the new Prima yet but as I bought 3 magazines on my last supermarket trip I thought it best to wait a few days LOL

I have limited myself to two a month starting today eeeep! It's fairly bad that to make up for it I bought seven yesterday but hey I've only bought one so far in may ;)

Hiya Lissylou
Thank you for your comments on my blog, I am eally pleased that you found me, and stayed! I have been away, hence the lack of blogging over the past week, but back into the swing of things now....
I like your magazine obsession, I too could have more than I know what to do with! I have limited myself to one subscription and then have to run past the magazine shelves when I am out! You see I even more obsessed with fabric and tend to spend my pennies on that!
Take care and catch you again soon

My name is Gemma.. and I'm a magazineaholic, too!!!! I'm a little bit crazy for Sew Hip and Country Living magazines. I have considered getting help, but then I wouldn't be able to buy all my lovely magazines anymore!! I'm so glad I'm not alone in this! We need to stick together and be strong - maybe there's a magazine about it!! ;)

Have to confess to the same addiction at the moment .. I picked up Easy Living today coz of the free CK bag ... I have never read this one before and will tuck myself up with it later. Luckily my son has a friend who works in a newspaper depot and he gets the excess copies at the end of the month ... I have had a few knitting mags and Thomas the Tank Engine so far LOL

I'm about to curl up in bed and look at my copy of Easy Living. Try and limit myself, but hand shakes as I get near and suddenly there I am gripping another magazine. Maybe we should work out how to pass them virtually around blogland. Nice and thrifty then.

Have a great long weekend.

I have County Living, Easy Living and Prima on subscription. Then a friend of mine passes on 4 more to me each month but I still manage to buy more when I go shopping!

I don't get time to read magazines these days, there are too many blogs to read! I agree, Sainsburys jewellery is good value for money, they have pretty items for the summer. x

Hi Lissy Lou,

I think I also have an uncontrollable magazine obsession....I used to always go for the celeb news and stuff, but over the past few months these have been shunned for the inspiring home magazines, cross stitch magazines and ones like you brought today! I am definately thinking about picking my favourites and getting some subscriptions sorted so save me a heap of cash each month!!

Enjoy your weekend xx

Hi LL, who need little coffeee tables in ones lounge when you can have pretty magazines piled up to put your cup of coffee on ;)

I have many in my garage too from years ago I really find it hard to throw them out.

Must get on with my inspiration books that should help in the sorting out of them.

Have a good day.

Only if you get a minute or two, wondered if you give me a link or two for some lovely Vegetarian meals for my children, my two year old loves his food though I am running out of ideas and would love some help :)

Hugs

WOW, I do understand, I have subscriptions to about 4 and come home with something new everytime I'm out -- perfect for reading in carpool and when the little one sits still for 10 minutes :)

Hope you had a lovely weekend!!

I love magazines too! It's all I can do to not buy all the decorating ones! I love to read them when I nurse.

Magazines are alluring! It has been a sad year in the US for magazines. Many American favorites have folded. If I had my wish subscription it would be to Vakre Hjem & Interior.
